Snow

The first snow of the season is falling. In addition, the temperature is steadily declining. The sky is dark and dreary.

It is definitely not a good day to be outside. Can we rejoice on a day like today? It depends on your attitude and focus. If joy depends on circumstances, you will not be able to find joy on days like this.

If, however, you find joy in your purpose and in your inward state, joy will easily rise within you, even on days like today. Psalm 16:11 says, “You make known to me the path of life; in your presence there is fullness of joy; at your right hand are pleasures forevermore.” Committing your life to Jesus and staying on the path of righteousness, will bring you fullness of joy.
