Earnestly Seeking
Psalm 63:1 "O God, you are my God, earnestly I seek you; my soul thirsts for you; my flesh faints for you, in a dry and weary land where there is no water." This is the type of relationship that God wants to have with us. It is more than a romanticized love. It is a desperate longing to be with Him and know Him deeply. He already knows us in the deepest way possible, as He designed us to fulfill His purposes and sustains us daily. What a privilege to be a child of the God who cares so much for us!
