I Thessalonians 5:16-19 "Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you. Do not quench the Spirit." That pretty much sums up the Christian life. Rejoice, pray and give thanks always. But how can we live this way when we are so weak. The answer is in not quenching the Spirit. If we are constantly trusting God and surrendering to Him, He will give us the power to rejoice, pray and give thanks always.
