I Peter 2:24 "He personally carried away our sins in his own body on the cross so we can be dead to sin and live for what is right. You have been healed by His wounds!" Before trusting Jesus everyone was like the walking dead. Sin had a hold on us and we had no life. Jesus alone gives us life and that life is eternal and abundant. Jesus slammed the coffin shut on sin. Don't open the coffin and let sin reenter your life.
