Love Your Enemies
Luke 6:35 "But love your enemies, and do good, and lend, expecting nothing in return, and your reward will be great, and you will be sons of the Most High, for he is kind to the ungrateful and the evil." It is difficult to be kind to those who hurt or mistreat us. But if we can be kind to them, God promises that our reward will be great. Jesus is our example. He was beaten, whipped, and nailed to the cross, but was merciful to those who mistreated Him.
