Completing the Work
In John 17:4 Jesus speaks to the Father saying, "I glorified you on earth, having accomplished the work that you gave me to do." By completing the work that we are given, we honor those who gave us the work. God has a unique purpose for each of us. We honor Him by completing the work and thus fulfilling the purpose God has for us.
