Strength For the Battle
Psalm 18:39-40 "For you equipped me with strength for the battle; you made those who rise against me sink under me. You made my enemies turn their backs to me, and those who hated me I destroyed." Things like worry, fear, anger, loneliness, greed, and lust come to us as enemies trying to destroy us. We try to fight back in our own strength, but fail time and time again. God stands ready to fight these battles for us and He will destroy them in His mighty power.
