Matthew 25:23 "His master said to him, 'Well done, good and faithful servant. You have been faithful over a little; I will set you over much. Enter into the joy of your master.'" Jesus was telling a story to illustrate his point, which was that rewards are given based upon how faithfully we execute our responsibilities. God will reward the faithful believer who uses his gifts to further God's kingdom. All others cannot expect to receive these rewards.
