They Missed It
Luke 23:35 "And the people stood by, watching, but the rulers scoffed at him, saying, 'He saved others; let him save himself, if he is the Christ of God, his Chosen One!'" The Jewish leaders did not recognize Jesus as the Son of God and Savior. They knew the prophecies and the Scriptures. But they had incorrectly formed their own ideas about the Messiah and formed God into their desire for God. Don't make the same mistake by trying to make God into what you want Him to be. Let God be the Almighty God of Scripture.
