But power from heaven created the universe in six days by the breath of the Creator. Only His power could part the sea for His people to pass through. By His majestic power, He provided salvation for all people by sending His own Son to die for them and give His blood to cover sins. His power through His Holy Spirit living in His children gives them the ability to follow Him with love and compassion for everyone.
Luke 24:49 says, “And behold, I am sending the promise of my Father upon you. But stay in the city until you are clothed with power from on high.” Jesus promised to send His Holy Spirit to His disciples. The Holy Spirit empowers believers to such extent that they are completely covered by His power.
