Full Disclosure

Have you ever been to the doctor and wished that they had told you about possible side effects of the medicine that they prescribed? Or have you been to the repair shop and been surprised by the bill because they didn’t tell you about some repair requirements? The government requires full disclosure on many legal documents, but full disclosure is not required or is overlooked in many areas of life.

However, in the most important area of our lives, God has given us full disclosure on how we can receive salvation and redemption. Just like legal disclosures, we must read, have knowledge of, and adhere to the terms of the disclosures.

Luke 10:23-24 says, “Then turning to the disciples he said privately, ‘Blessed are the eyes that see what you see! For I tell you that many prophets and kings desired to see what you see, and did not see it, and to hear what you hear, and did not hear it.'” Through Jesus Christ, God revealed His plan of salvation. And through the Word of God, the Bible, God has given us His wisdom for life. Unlike other times in history, we have access to God’s full disclosure for life, righteousness, truth, and wisdom. Many wise and powerful people have spent their lives searching for meaning and truth. But God has already given these words to us through His Word and His Son. Don’t miss out on God’s full disclosure. Read the Book!
