As I walked on the sands of Daytona Beach, I watched the sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean. The light was brilliant and the colors spectacular. I happened to glance upward and saw dozens of people on their hotel balconies also watching the sunrise. It seems that everyone is enthralled with the beauty of sunrises.
Revelation 21:22-23 speaking of heaven says, “And I saw no temple in the city, for its temple is the Lord God the Almighty and the Lamb. And the city has no need of sun or moon to shine on it, for the glory of God gives it light, and its lamp is the Lamb.” One day soon we who have trusted in Jesus Christ will bask in the glory of God the Father and His Light will fill our hearts with joy.
