Exodus 34:5 says, “The Lord passed before him and proclaimed, ‘The Lord, the Lord, a God merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and abounding in steadfast love and faithfulness.'” This is the God that we worship and love. His love for us abounds and is steadfast, never wavering. By the sacrifice of His own Son, He has made forgiveness and redemption available to us.
