In our recent travels, we have ridden in planes, trains, and various automobiles. All of our rides were comfortable but unspectacular. The only extraordinary ride that I have ever experienced would be the occasional complimentary first class upgrade on a few flights. Some people have traveled in chariots, limousines, executive jets, and yachts. All of these transportation modes are special, but they don’t compare to the majestic ride of our God over all the earth.
Psalm 45:4 says, “In your majesty ride out victoriously for the cause of truth and meekness and righteousness; let your right hand teach you awesome deeds!” Wherever God’s Spirit goes, He victoriously and majestically promotes truth, meekness, and righteousness. He does this through teaching His Word and through awesome deeds. Let’s open our hearts to understand His works and to join in His victorious march.
