Unexpected Help

Sometimes, when I am faced with a problem or struggle, I will find an unexpected way through. It may be in the form of wisdom that I had not previously learned. Or it may come in the form of assistance that I could not forsee coming. Where does this help come from? I believe it comes from the grace and love of God.

Jeremiah 31:2-3 says, “Thus says the Lord: ‘The people who survived the sword found grace in the wilderness; when Israel sought for rest, the Lord appeared to him from far away. I have loved you with an everlasting love; therefore I have continued my faithfulness to you.” Even we were are going through struggles, God’s faithfulness and everlasting love gives us strength to continue moving forward. In the end, we will always find God’s grace has led us victoriously through our problems and He gave us rest in His presence.

After 16 years of vocational ministry, God has called me to a simpler ministry. Now I just proclaim His truth simply to those who are open to hear it. God is speaking through His Word and His creation.
