Here are some of the promises that God has given to those who trust in Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord:
Hebrews 3:6 says, “but Christ is faithful over God’s house as a son. And we are his house, if indeed we hold fast our confidence and our boasting in our hope.” Our faith and hope are founded in the faithfulness of Christ, not in in ourselves or some good thing that we try to do.
John 14:2-3 says, “In my Father’s house are many rooms. If it were not so, would I have told you that I go to prepare a place for you? And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and will take you to myself, that where I am you may be also.” Jesus is preparing a place for each of us and will personally bring us to that place. Our room is reserved based upon the unfailing promise of God.
In John 10:29 Jesus says, “My Father, who has given them to me, is greater than all, and no one is able to snatch them out of the Father’s hand.” Once we trust in Jesus, we are His forever.
In Hebrews 13:5 Jesus says, “I will never leave you nor forsake you.” Jesus is always with us, protecting us, providing for us, and covering us in His love.
