Words That Change Us

When was the last time that you heard someone speak words so powerful that your life was changed forever? Counselors can speak into our lives and tell us things about ourselves, which if we follow this advice, will bring about change. Someone may speak a word of encouragement to us that will help us move in a different direction. Psalm 86:11-13 says, “Teach me your way, O LORD, that I may walk in your truth; unite my heart to fear your name. I give thanks to you, O Lord my God, with my whole heart, and I will glorify your name forever. For great is your steadfast love toward me.” In response to the God who has redeemed and saved us, we ask Him to teach us His ways. Then, we will walk according to truth, celebrating His steadfast love for us.
