Suppose that you entered a drawing for a grand prize, something that you have always wanted. Weeks later, you are notified that you won. The celebrations begin and continue for some time. You relish in the thought that you have won and will receive the grand prize that you sought. Weeks go by and you have not received anything. So, you contact the contest administration and find out that they gave the prize to someone else. You had neglected to contact them in the required timeframe.
Psalm 100:5 says, “For the LORD is good; his steadfast love endures forever; and his faithfulness to all generations.” God loves to bless His people. His love does not diminish over time but rather endures in grace. His promises continue throughout the generations, and He will always fulfill them.
