Getting to meet a celebrity may feed your celebrity crush, but it does little to enhance your life. Meeting a self-help guru may impact your life if you follow their teachings but it will not do much to improve your heart and soul.
Isaiah 26:9 says, “My soul yearns for you in the night; my spirit within me earnestly seeks you. For when your judgments are in the earth, the inhabitants of the world learn righteousness.” God has created us with a longing for the knowledge of God and His presence. We should, therefore, earnestly seek to know Him more. Our lives will surely be changed. More importantly, our souls will find peace and righteousness forever.
